Hi there.

It is entirely up to you how much you wish to spend on your PC.

I have used the same CPU and DDR5 RAM for a recent build and everything can be configured for macOS okay.

My only concern with your list of components is the wireless card. The Intel AX1675 is NOT one included in the support list for the OpenIntelWireless drivers. They do list AX1650 but there may be differences, especially as Sonoma support is still at the alpha stage.
