Will Mac Os created Hard-disk, will boot from ASUS Laptop ?

I have an ASUS Laptop.
I want to start the Mac OS El Capitan/Sierra from my ASUSTek Laptop.

If I make my seperate 1 TB Seagate hard disk,
And use Mac Book Air to install Mac OS in my hard disk.

Will My ASUS Laptop boot from this harddisk ?
Windows is loaded in Legacy Mode in my ASUS laptop.
ASUS laptop has only one option UEFI Mode, and I can disable enable it.

You cannot boot macOS directly. You need Clover.
