Why Windows NTFS GPT RAID 5 is in ML seen as MBR disk with 2.2 Tb?

I know the issue with limit 2.2 Tb but ML should not have problem to see GPT disks over this limit but why it shows in disk utility as MBR. I don't want to format this 15Tb RAID with MAC my main use for it is in Windows 8 but still I want to have access from Mac. What I missing? How I can make it to work? Thanks for all inputs.
Check pictures GPT on Windows, MBR on MAC, same disk.

Not very familure with raid, but I do know that osx doesnt support anything other than software raids set up within osx

OK but still I don't get it. Why it's recognize as H/W RAID 12Tb but shows 2.2Tb MBR.
And this is same with my NTFS Hitachi 3Tb HDD shows 2.2Tb MBR instead of GPT.
