Weird power cycle problem

Got it to work finally, here is the response from Gigabyte that worked in case anyone else runs into this.

Due to the 4360 CPU being an Haswell Refresh the bios will need to be updated onto both boards first before it can support this CPU. Please use the 4430 to get the system to post and update to the latest bios for the 2 boards first before it can work with this new CPU.

I thought, following a previous post, you had done that already lol
