So this is my first hackintosh (El Capitan 10.11.3). Everything runs smoothly except for my upload speed. I have a 50Mbps up and 5Mbps down broadband connection, however on my hackintosh I'm only getting around 32kbps upload speed consistently on internet speed tests. I know this is not a problem on my broadband or router because I'm getting the correct upload speed on my Windows 7 system on on other devices (mobile phone, laptop). I have installed the Realtek RTL8111 driver included in MultiBeast. I have also tried replacing it with Rehabman's RTL8111 driver (from Mieze) and I'm still getting the same results.

I hope you guys can help me sort this out...

Here's a sample of my speed tests:

Do the same test on the same hardware with Windows. Compare result.

Hello RehabMan! Here are the results on Windows 7...same hardware.

I have some trouble with OSX El Captain 10.11.3, but all is fine for Windows. I have tried latest RealtekRTL8111 V2.2.0, and it did not help. Motheboard GA-EP45-UD3LR rev1.0.
The download speed is less normal if the ping my ISP in my town, but very low for the other points.

You think this is a problem with 10.11.3?

Tried almost everything already... Right now I just tried to check 'FixLAN' on the ACPI, copied 'IONetworkingFamily.kext' & 'RealtekRTL8111.kext' to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.11, then enabled 'InjectKexts' in System Parameters...still no luck.

What BIOS settings do you have on your Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR board? I have the same board and I want to try to install 10.11.3. Thanks!

No, we have a global problem. I found an old image of the system OSX Mavericks and again I was faced with this problem. Perhaps the reason in some settings, bootloader or BIOS. Although most likely need to edit the correct DSDT file, as if the problem has many users, we could find some more information in forums, etc..

I have found an old network card Realtek PCI. It took only add Kext and everything works fine.
