Verbose Mode Keeps Freezing in Different PCI Config Stages

Well... the title is self explanatory. The boot works fine but then just randomly freezes in the the middle of a PCI iniliazation stage.

I have the same issue... BUT the following boot arguements helped. It allows me to INSTALL SIERRA via SAFE MODE. My USB keyboard, mouse and ethernet works absolutely fine.

npci=0x3000
npci=0x2000 -v
UseKernelCache=No npci=0x20000 -f -v
PCIRootUID=1 npci0x2000
-v -x graphicsenabler=yes

How do I do these boot args and these are multiple configurations right?
