Depends on what you mean by "fully compatible".
Hackintosh always requires compromises and patches.

I mean with this chipset, will I be able to utilise Bluetooth, Handoff and WiFi(obviously)?

Handoff is not reliable with non-Apple BT hardware.
BT works.
WiFi works.

BTW, I have seen some websites are charging around $30 for this card while some go as high as $50 (newegg). I have seen the FAQ state its price at about $20. Can you direct me to it? I think $50 is too much of an ask for a chipset.
