USB does NOT work, if keyboard is using vice versa

You can see your USB errors in that screen shot... "EHCI controller unable to take control..."

Did you check your BIOS for USB related options and try the different settings?

Also you might try boot flag EHCIHard=Yes

I entered EHCIHard=Yes,
sadly didnt help. In my laptop BIOS, there is no option to go to PowerManagement, nor much USB sittings. Other than USB debug -ON, USB Emmulation-On, USB Wake - Off

I would try different combinations of the USB settings, especially the first two.
