According to your IO Reg, you have too many USB ports, and, not that they should match mine exactly, but they don't look quite right. You'll want to do the custom USB port configuration for the USB Inject All kext.

Yeah, was saving that for last, but I guess I'll have to do that now....Just spent the last hour reading through RehabMan's detailed Guide. my brain hurts, bad!
