Upgrading to Mac Os 10.11.6

Hi

I know there is upgrade guides, but what is the simplest way to upgrade from 10.10 to 10.11. I've upgraded it from 10.9 to 10.10 using multibeast, and upgrading to 10.11 now uses Clover (I'm a little behind the ball on this). What is the easiest (step by step) way to upgrade to clover and then 10.10 to 10.11.

I'm just a bit a confused on how to install Clover, the first step is about creating a USB boot drive, and then the second part talks about deleting Chimera files. Is there an install step I am missing, or when go through the update process to El Capitan does automatically override Chrimera and replace it with Clover?
