Hi,
my beloved Hackintosh still runs on macOS Catalina Version 10.15.2 (19C57). If I start the Monterey update via System Preferences the download of Monterey (12GB) runs fine. I then get the install pop up window. I click continue, choose my drive (i have only one) and run the update. After the restart everything is like before. I'm still on Catalina.
While booting after the "update" the bootloader shows me only one macOS option. I guess I'm not the first with the problem. Can someone point me in the right direction?
I would also update to Big Sur if that suits my Hackintosh more in terms of architecture.
I still have MultiBeast and Clover installed. Are they still the tools to go for?
