Beyond what I've already said, please listen to @Feartech . He knows a thing or two about configuring laptops

Looking at your verbose screen above, I notice the "SuperIO" parsing which macOS can't make sense of. That would cause me to go check my BIOS to ensure I had disabled the Serial and Parallel ports.

The Serial port was disabled but not the parallel, i disabled it now

As @Feartech mentionned to remove any patch files in acpi/patched folder, this blocked the booting

Got it !!
Was missing the AirportBRCMfixup kext !!
Wifi now
But no sound

Solved sound with https://github.com/chris1111/VoodooHDA-2.9.2-Clover-V15
Works clean on Catalina Latest 10.15.5

Finally discovered two new bugs, would appreciate any help.

1 - Some USB ports are not working
2 - External monitor does not work at all also
