The Realtek ALC 887/888b current doesn't seem to be working fine.
Just got Yosemite running on my rig.
Things seem to be working fine except for sound.

Will post any more issues, once i run it thoroughly tomorrow.

I had the same problem, I used multibeast 7.0.1 but did't work
but I used multibeast 5.4.3 and installed the kexts without dsdt and voila it worked.

you should give it a try!!!!!!

Great guide and in timely fashion.
Unfortunately the claim "Install OS X Yosemite on Any Supported Intel-based PC" is a bit optimistic.

I have a working mavericks hack running on a Dell Inspiron 530 based on a P35/G33 chipset with Xeon Quad core E5450 and NVIDIA GT240.
I followed the guide to create Unibeast USB.
Booted Unibeast and entered "-v npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=Yes IGPEnabler=No".
It starts to boot, scrolls the usual verbose os text output to the screen...mostly looking fine and then, it clears the screen and the system has crashed.
Monitor power light is flashing indicating no signal. keyboard caps lock or numlock lights do not change on respective key presses.

I fixed the Unibeast USB by adding my DSDT.aml file to the /Extra folder and it booted fine.

I also tried the Clover/Yosemite Guide on this forum and had no issues booting the installer on the same h/w. Thus Unibeast is not as all encompassing.

Just wanna say that even the 'Start up or wake' is working. Honestly did not expect to work that but it does!
It is a very useful function: 'Energy saver'> 'Schedule'>Startup or wake and Sleep.

Success...finally with working audio.

Z87X-UD4H and GTX 770

BIOS optimized settings, removed extra sticks of RAM.
installed using Unibeast.
ran Multibeast with DSDT-free, unchecked 3rd party SATA and Chimera.
installed Clover, and put in my serial/ROM/MLB values.
rebooted, to confirm good boot up.
downloaded and ran Toleda's ALC Clover patch for audio, answering 'y' to all questions in script.
rebooted and voila!

now running Migration Assist.

Mb = Gigabye Z77-hd3, Cg : ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU MINI. Install ok exept Lan and Sound, I have to use old kexts i used for Mavericks. Now all works
