Unibeast El Capitan Stuck on Copying FIles

Hello, I have an 8gb flash drive which is supposed to be enough, however, unibeast keeps on getting stuck a quarter of the way through when copying files. I have read other peoples posts with similar problems and the fix was setting the partition. When I plugged my flash drive in, it wouldn't let me click on partition which I assumed was because it only has 8gb on it. Can anyone help me?

If you have a faulty USB stick it may hang at the bad spot. Happened to me today.

Erase it, run the disc check & repair, the partition it, GUID, apply, re-run the disc check & repair. If all goes well, the next thing to consider is a corrupted OSX .dmg/.app that it is trying to copy.
