Unibeast can't run

Hi,
I did some hackintosh before but with OS 10.10.5 and I just tried to do with OS 10.3.9 but Unibeast doesn't open!
Any idea?

The oldest version of OS X that UniBeast is known to run in is OS X 10.6

Sh****, event if I update to 10.4 that's not good. The lastest version of OS X working with PowerPC is Mac OS 10.5.8, so we can't run Unibeast on any PowerMac G4...

Can I run OS 10.6 on a virtual machine with my OS 10.3.8 PowerMac G4? MayBe with Classic?
