I have a toshiba chromebook with a 32GB SD Card. Does this thing have OS X 10.9 potential, or would it be a complete pain in the ... or not compatible? it's an intel processor, not ARM

Celeron HD Graphics are not supported. Not to mention that Haswell Celeron/Pentiums are currently not supported by the kernel.
