ThinkPad W550s -- Still Working -- Some Hints -- Need Your Help

I've tried several times but all failed.

Remove external media.
 
Go into Bios and make sure your Fingerprint pre-desktop is disabled along with any other weird Thinkpad security features.

Nothing happened when I press the power button.

Usually if the power button fails to cause wake, it is some sort of crash/hang happening during the process of entering sleep.

Which patch? I searched for the key word "sleep", nothing about wake up.

Eh. My fault. It did sleep but wake up immediately.

Then I redo all the things, but still the same. Then I check the log using "syslog |grep -i "Wake reason" ", no result.
 
I just can't find that. I checked all the log in /var/log

Wake reason is always shown upon wake. If you can't find it, then the laptop never entered sleep...
