Are you certain it entered sleep successfully? Power LED blinking as when it is sleeping with Windows?

If so, what happens when you use the power button to wake?

Nothing happened when I press the power button.

Which patch? I searched for the key word "sleep", nothing about wake up.

Go into Bios and make sure your Fingerprint pre-desktop is disabled along with any other weird Thinkpad security features.

Usually if the power button fails to cause wake, it is some sort of crash/hang happening during the process of entering sleep.

Eh. My fault. It did sleep but wake up immediately.

Then I redo all the things, but still the same. Then I check the log using "syslog |grep -i "Wake reason" ", no result.

Wake reason is always shown upon wake. If you can't find it, then the laptop never entered sleep...
