Hello everyone and thanks for this wonderful page.
I have a hackintosh with a GA-Z170X-Gaming 3, Cpu i5 6600K and a cooler Artic Freezer 13.
Most are working perfectly but I have a problem with the fan and I have not found any information.
The fan is always working at 1500 RPM and it is impossible to change this with HWMonitor, I installed it with multibeast with all the FakeSMC. The HWMonitor works perfect, It shows me all the values but when I change the fan values nothing happens.
I tested also “Macs fan control” and “Temperature Gauge Pro” and with these programs I can change the speed but only once, then the fan is fixed in the new speed and is impossible to change.
I am working now with Sierra but It also happens with El Capitan.
I don’t have this problem in Windows 10. With the app that came with the motherboard the fan works perfectly and changes the speed depending on the cpu temp.
