Hi TheFatBear,
I have the same configuration as you: the UD3 and an i7 6700k. I've tried every method I could to try to get audio work and I'm not having any luck. I tried with Multibeast to install the drivers listed on this guide and there are still no audio devices showing up.
I tried all 4 scripts at:
https://github.com/toleda/audio_alc_test/blob/master/audio_cloverALC-1220-120.command.zip
https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC/blob/master/audio_pikeralphaALC-120.command.zip
https://github.com/toleda/audio_RealtekALC/blob/master/audio_realtekALC-120.command.zip
https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC/blob/master/audio_cloverALC-120.command.zip
And each one gave an error. Most were 'no clover files found' but another one gave an error of 'unknown configuration this script may leave your computer in an unknown state' so I quit out.
I've got ethernet working totally fine but I'm trying to help setup this machine at work and audio is a definite must.
Does anyone have any idea how to generate a debug script to see why I can't get audio or have any tips? Would hugely appreciate it.
All I've gone so far is use Unibeast to do a clean install and then Multibeast to install different driver configurations.
