No you don’t need to, you leave it in there. In the Device Properties list for the UHD 630 just find and change the AAPL,ig-platform-id by changing the value to 0300923E, device-id to 923E0000 and adding framebuffer-patch-enable with value of 01000000 - this will turn the iGPU output into headless mode and enable Intel Quicksync.I have UHD 630, Radeon™ 64 LC and RX 6900 XT activated, but I have picture dropouts.
Do I have to remove the UHD 630 and the Radeon 64™ LC?
For the picture dropouts, maybe try using shikigva=128 in the boot-args.
For convenience you can disable the 64 LC in BIOS by going to the relevant card‘s PCIe slot and selecting Storage mode before booting into your OS of choice. That way it leaves you to still be able to use the card when you want without having to physically take it out.
