Sorry, your config.plist was too different from my machine.

Finally this thread helped me to boot my Gigabyte 4570R Brix from USB stick : https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/success-big-sur-on-ga-z87-d3hp-i5-4570-gt740.306442/#post-2210498.
So can now change the clover 5122 to the OC version and hopefully installing BigSur will go ok.

Just wanted to share my OpenCore 0.6.4 EFI for people with Gigabyte BRIX R4570. Please fill in your own serial and SMBIOS. Just no sound with ALC269 still. If you have a solution to get audio on Headphone output it would be great, thanks!
-No audio on Headphone output, did not check HDMI audio
-No Bluetooth
-No WiFi
-Ethernet(LAN) working OK

Anyone success with OC0.6.7?
I can boot, but none of the Realtek8111.kexst are working. 2.2.2, 2.3.0, 2.4.0 all give no Internet although it seems they get loaded.
OC0.6.4 is still working ok with Internet but then I can't update BigSur to the latest version.

Any luck with OC 68 or 69? I have an i3-4010 that I’d love to get updated to current MacOS; I’m stuck on 10.15.x now with Clover 5000.
