[Solved] Sierra restarts instead of shutting down

The driver needed for Line6 devices was outdated.. if you don't use Line6 products your issue could be something else...
Did your read the entire thread?
Oh didn't know line 6 was a device, I thought it was a line in the config file.

You solve the problem by installing the updated driver for your device "Line 6 Tone direct"?

So the key to this problem is some USB device are is causing it to restart rather than shutdown?
 
Ive got shutdown issue
generic non brand x79 mainboard, Intel series6 chipset, Yosemite runs great without USB patching, no sleep.
Now I'm running :Mojave
Mojave runs great with clover patching USB change method, with injectAll kext, my biggest issue is will not shut down.
System will reboot only , tried various fakeSMC kext versions,variuos bios settings auto ACPI auto or disable.UEFI only or legacy
various clover settings.I'm running out of ideas .


x79 board,Intel3960x ,ati r9280x,crucil 32DDR,SSD256
