Ok this is a weird one. When I boot into OSX it boots quite fast, maybe 7 until I get into the login screen. What's weird is that once I enter my login it takes 30-40 seconds before I can enter into Finder or the desktop Icons (Hard Disk Icons) will appear, I get the beachball and everything.
I've tracked it down to having something to do with a secondary SSD I have installed that I use for storage. It's an Intel 520 SSD and I've done tests on the disk and there are no issues and it also works fine in windows. If I disable the drive in the bios OSX boots in a total of about 12 seconds.
