[Solved] Safari and Chrome are laggy

The system UI is smooth, but the Safari and Chrome are laggy.
The Safari and Chrome UI will stop milliseconds when I am clicking something or opening a new tab.

I tried to close the hardware acceleration in Chrome preferences, and it works.
But how can I fix this issue without closing the hardware acceleration?

• CPU: i5 8400 (new)
• RAM: Crucial Budget (8GB) (new)
• Graphic Card: Gigabyte GTX 750 ti (already owned)

or nvidia-update https://github.com/Benjamin-Dobell/nvidia-update
to downgrade to a previous version of NVIDIA webdrivers. 156 and newer are known to cause lag.
