I didn't have much time to work on it recently. Here I'm back to my new hackintosh MSI.

Did you manage to get audio working ?
Well ... after installing Sierra, I have a lot of unsolved problems.
- Ethernet not working
- Wifi not working
- No sound either microphone
- FAT32 or NTFS storage devices are not recognized
- keyboard lighting keys not working
- battery status not working
- Card reader and Thunderbolt not working
What is working so far :
- bluetooth
- camera
- touchpad

So ... still a lot of things to do. Did you already fix some of them ?
I'll do some research on my side and maybe start to post some details in a new topic if I succeed.

I got my audio today working after like 10 days of trying.
I had thread in this forum. check that out and follow from post 1 until the end.

I'm reading it and still don't understand a lot of informations. I guess you were lost as well. It is pretty hard to understand those guides, especially because they mention a lot of words that I don't know. I thought that making a first hack on desktop was enough to have a good basic knowledge. I was obviously wrong. I need some basic knowledge before starting anything ... I'm spending a lot of time to read the FAQ and guides again and again.
If you succeed to configure your MSI, I would be really interested to see how you did, step by step as an example, to study it in details.
