You did not follow the guide.
OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi and EmuVariableUefi-64.efi are missing from drivers64UEFI.
And SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext is missing from Clover/kexts/Other.
Read the guide carefully.

Clover legacy on UEFI enabled hardware should be used only as a last resort.
Keep in mind that unless you disable UEFI boot, your system is likely booting Clover in UEFI mode anyway.
Proof is in your bootlog:

0:100  0:000  Starting Clover revision: 4289 on American Megatrends EFI

That is not legacy Clover boot. That is UEFI.

Exactly I can't boot with UEFI and Legacy. I enabled "UEFI AND CSM" in bios to get to the clover.

CSM is recommended (even with UEFI).
Enabling CSM does not mean you're booting legacy.

Now I made sierra UEFI bootable usb with UEFI clover and followed the guide.
I got this:

I made my usb installer from hackintosh pc
