Thanks for the reply, sorry I'm new here, only have the Gigabyte B360N Wifi motherboard, using its internal GPU

Tried the EFI from #7, never able to get to the install screen, stuck with report to apple for this panic

Okay, the reason is because you seem to be using a Pentium CPU with a UHD610 iGPU. Neither is supported in macOS. You might be able to use the CPU as we have a guide for Pentium usage here, but you will need a discrete GPU for graphics. Perhaps consider a NVidia GT710 DDR3 model?
