[SOLVED] HELP! Sierra Nvidia 2 out of 3 monitors working

Ok, so I finally decided to update from Yosemite after all these years. I cant say it's been the easiest journey, but I have gotten through it with minimal freak-outs. One of the final things that I cant seem to find a solution for is this:

2 out of 3 monitors are working. I have 2 small side panels connected through DVI and a 27" through displayport. The one that has stopped working is one of the DVI screens.

Thing is, it was working fine when I first started this. I have installed both Sierra and El Captain multiple times. during this adventure. This was the progression:
- Sierra install 1 (all screens worked after installing web drivers), But lots of issues after migration.
- Sierra install 2 (all screens worked after installing web drivers), But again, lots of issues, this time before migration.
- El Captian (Straight up nightmare, including the 3rd screen not working after installing web drivers)
- Sierra install 3 (3rd times the charm, except Sierra inherited the unrecognized 3rd screen).

Ok, so, we know the 3rd screen not being recognized thing started with El Captian. I had installed the appropriate web driver for the build and when I restarted the 3rd screen stopped working. I didnt even get to troubleshoot due to a load of other issues, so I just bagged it, wiped the drive (again) and reinstalled Sierra (again). Which so far, is working fine.... except that its inherited the 3rd screen issue. I have been searching and trying different things for a couple of days with zero luck, including flashing the CMOS on my mobo (which I actually did 3 times in the past 72 hours)

Thing is, all the screens still work fine in Wins (10.1AE) as well as in my old (chameleon) Yosemite system (on a separate drive). Just not with this drive that I have wiped before each install. Anyone have any insight on what might be going on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oops, I actually did that today, forgot to change it back. Had no affect either way.

Can I provide any other info? I feel like I should be, but didnt know what else to post.

***EDIT: Oops again, I misread. Sorry didnt have my glasses on, when I went to change what I thought I had changed back to FALSE, I realized I changed NVIDIAWEB to true, not NVIDIA. Fixed!
