I use the same plist.
Try to change ig-platform-id to the same as device-id.
I changed mine to 00001659 from 00001b59.
Device-id is preset to this strangely (16590000)
Then if you're lucky and after reboot of course you will see the image all purple on your HDMI output.
From there you can check which connector your HDMI is on and enable it.
Precision :
I don't have to enable *-flag or *-pipe.
only *-enable and *-type (HDMI port was set as DP port)
