You can follow my guide here on initialising the TB card using Windows. Only after updating the Windows driver and firmwares will the card work in macOS. > https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...-samsung-960-evo-nvme-thunderbolt-ex3.240368/I have a Asus ThunderboltEX 3-TR Card installed.
I can´t get it to work, neither under Windows nor in MacOS BigSur.
It shows up in both system registries, but the only thing I can connect to it, that actually shows up then, are USB Flash Drives (with USB-C Adapter).
Thunderbolt Devices do not show up in both, win10 and Bigsur (like my UAD Apollo Audio Interface).
I bought the card new at an online retailer, however it looks exactly like this.
When I open IORegistryExplorer I get the exact same looks as a "Flashed Card". I´m confused. Help, anybody.
Sorry my bad, I totally forgot about that.@Middleman - thanks for dropping a line.
However your instructions are about the Alpine Ridge Card, mine is a Titan ridge
So far I have not yet found anything on the net that the firmware of my Card could be updated (unless you flash it, but thats not what we are talking about here, are we).
