[Solved] Can't get Network to work on i219-v

Post output of Terminal :

sudo kextcache -i /

Unfortunately that also failed to work my steps where
1: sudo kextcache -i /
2: delete the two files in preference (also never reinstalled the files still missing after driver install)
3: install the kext
4: sudo touch /system/library/etc

Looks to me like the kext is not installed.

Open finder and look in /Library/Extensions/
Post image of contents.

Is this what should be happening I installed a new kext and did a complete power cycle.
