Well, on #3 it says in the description it doesn't work on lenovo laptops, because it's blocked from the BIOS, but according to you it should work anyway though.

It is just "seller CYA." BCM94352HMB works with the updated BIOS (from Lenovo).

Edit: In the description it says two dualband antennas have to be connected to the device to work properly. Do I have to buy them extra ?

There are two antennas internal to the laptop.

just gonna report you that the installation of the Wifi-Card and the RAM latch worked flawlessly.
Now I can use Wifi, Bluetooth and got 8GB of RAM.
