You can ignore the error or change SMBIOS.
Note: No need to generate a custom SSDT anyway. You can just use SSDT-PluginType1.aml (as per PM guide).

Right now i can't access os due to kernel panic when forgot kext unload AppleIntelInfo.kext by PikerAlpha! how do i solve this?

Maybe you forgot to rebuild cache/reboot as per guide.
