[Skylake & SpeedStep] High Temperature with Hackintosh

i7 6700hq
Graphics
Intel 530, W5130m (1920x1080)
I just wonder is this speed step scale is normal with skylake processor (mine is i7 6700hq) and does normal cpu's temp around 54 cel is normal too?
P/s: i'm currently at 10.12.6

Your ACPI configuration is not correct.

That is a good spot to get correct "starter" config.plist files.

I did a fresh install with hd530 config.plist, and when I install native power management, after run script gen ssdt file, I got this issue: board-id [Mac-7DF21CB3ED6977E5] not supported by Skylake – check SMBIOS data / use the -target option! what should I do? should I use clover configurator to change to MacBook Pro retina 13,3?

You can ignore the error or change SMBIOS.
Note: No need to generate a custom SSDT anyway. You can just use SSDT-PluginType1.aml (as per PM guide).
