Sierra loses passwords / corrupts Chrome

I haven't actually done anything about it.
Since it only happens about once or twice every 6 months, it's just not worth the time to search for a solution.
I have already googled a few hours and couldn't find any possible fix so I'm just living with it...

UPDATE:
It just happened again.
Strange thing is, it actually deletes the Chrome extensions from the profile folder.
A little over two months this time since it happened the last time.

Soooo...
It just happened again. Just 2 days this time.
Now it's starting to bug me...

Chrome lost it's extensions.
Mail accounts and Spotify got signed out. After restarting, both were signed in again.
iCloud got signed out and required me to sign in manually again.

Very strange. I'm thinking about swapping my SSD although I'm still not thinking that it's a hardware related issue.
