More information needed. For example:

1) What graphics are you using?

2) What wireless adapter are you using (if you are doing) ?

3) What system deifinition are you using?

4) Do you have "PluginType" set to "/true" (enabled) in the ACPI/SSDT/Generate section of your config.plist ?

Perhaps consider uploading your EFI folder?
