Security Update 2019-002 Hangs at the end

Can’t go over that. If I boot back to normal drive I simply have my system and the update is pending in update folder.
Tried both with and without web drivers

1) Did you check the Caps Lock as I mentioned before?

2) gIOScreenLockState is usually graphics related.

3) Do you have 2x Nvidia GPUs as per your Profile?

I have no leds on keyboard.
Currently only 1060 in installed, so just 1 nvidia card
