Hello.

I have few years old desktop PC. It's Gateway FX6800-01e: Mini tower, ATX motherboard Gateway TBGM01, Intel i7-920 (socket LGA1366).
My motherboard failed; 99% it's motherboard - the beeps (1 long 1 short) means motherboard error. Also I checked that this is not power supply issue (what some people suggest on different forums).
So I need to replace motherboard and CPU (it's almost not possible and expensive to find motherboard with LGA1366 socket).
I want to use this event to get something I can use for hackintosh. I see on this page, that there are many good ATX motherboars I can use (socket 1155). I need to buy also CPU (I want some i7, since I do programming, compiling,...).
Can you suggest something not very expensive (ideal <$300), which would also work with my other parts:
- ATI Radeon 4850 (I know I might have a little problem with this one on MacOSX)
- DDR3 1333MHz
- 2 hard drives: 256 SSD SATA2, 2TB SATA 2
- 500W 12pinATX power supply
It should fit to mini tower.
