want to buy a new motherboard for intel [email protected] Ghz processor since my current motherboard intel dh61bf is not supporting hackintosh
also recommend a graphics card for that

For a GPU it will depend on what level of power that you require and which version of OS X/macOS that you wish to install.
For basic web stuff a GT710 will work with Sierra. If you need more power for gaming or video/photo editing or using a 4K display then the older GTX 760 can be bought from eBay at a good price or go with one of the more recent GTX 960/GTX970 cards with the additional nvidia drivers.
