Rear USB ports not working [El Capitan]

Hello guys,
I was finally able to install El Capitan thanks to many good posts in here and i'm running it smoothly. My only problem now is that none of the rear USB ports are working for me .

Things i have already tried:
1) These USB fixes
2) Also tried These USB fixes

I don't have a working Yosemite install so i cannot do this

I'm using the latest clover. Please let me know what other information would be important to help me debug this issue.

Ok i was wrongly installing the kexts using clover, once i used kext wizard they started working All of my 6 USB ports are now working! Thanks to Rehabman for your fixes!

Just to clarify, in my case:
1) Used Kext wizzard to install Both FakePCIID & FakePCIID_XHCIMux kexts
2) Enabled FixUSB on my clover .config (That one actually fixed the last 2 ports that where not working)
