Still no freezes : BIOS F9f, optimised defaults with XMP profile 2, Vt-D+Wake on LAN+onboard Audio and Graphics disabled,...Yosemite 10.10.2

Mine use to freeze too randomly, i fixed it by going into chameleon wizard and then changing the SMBios to a preconfigured SMBios that is similar to my build. Give it a go might work for you.

Lowering Ram clock to 1333 is what made the system stable for me.

I found the solution for myself.
Just uninstall CUDA and no freezes - 100%
These freezes are also in real iMacs sometimes with CUDA so its the communication problem of nvidia and apple
