Hello everyone!

I've been reading through the forums to try and solve this myself, but I seem to be missing something.

I've been trying to setup my R9 390 to work properly with my new hackintosh, but so far I haven't had much luck. So far, the computer detects the video card as an R9 290/390 with 7MB of vRam. I am also getting terrible graphical glitches when trying to use the system (flashes, black lines/bars to slowly load an animation). I assume this is from the card not working properly.

Any help on this would be great.. In the meantime i'll continue my googling.

Thanks!

I've also already downloaded Clover Configurator and such, but I think that's where I've hit the wall. I'm not sure which options/values are correct, and which ones i have set that are stumping me.

Please complete your profile, also add which version of macOS you're using.

For Yosemite and El Capitan:
Use the R9 390X device ID as FakeID in Clover, turn on Inject/Ati and FixDisplay, provide a random string as FBName.

For Sierra:
Additionally to above procedure you'll have to disable any pre-OS video output on your Radeon GPU, e.g. by setting iGPU=Primary in your BIOS.
