Problem with HD 530 stuck at gIOScreenLockState 3, hs0 ..

I tried the HD 530 Fix and now I am stuck again at IOConsoleU... like before.

Now I am restoring the EFI partition once again, but I have still no clue

That's weird but at least you now know how to recover from it.
Attach your config.plist

So the recovery worked and I am able to supply the config.plist.
I think it might be messed up by all this going forward and backward
