Problem: screen larger than the monitor

Hi :)
I have correctly installed nvidia drivers for my GTX 1070, the resolution is set to 1920x1080 but the screen is larger than the monitor and it prevents me from seeing the bar up and cuts a bit on the dock, as I can fix it and resize it the whole?
(I uploaded 2 images to let you know better the problem)

My is a DICRA TV monitor, namely the model should be "TVLED225FHD"

There is zero I formation on that TV online. I'd say make sure if there are any ports that say DVI/HDMI, that you see plugged into that one.

There are two HDMI and my video card is connected to the latter port
 
Issues like this are caused by the display, so the best solution is disabling any overscan settings in the display's menu. Often it's necessary to configure the input as "PC" input (or something like that).

How do you do?
