The system Reserved Partition shows, when you partition the drive with the windows installer.
I partitioned the drive with mac as guid partition with fat32 as format.
if you then start the windows installer you just need to select the biggest partition, klick on partition (not delete) and windows creates a ntfs partition without creating this system reserved partition.
if you start your machine new after windwos installation, your bootloader will show mac as first and an unnamed partition as second.
you can rename this partition for your boot loader in the boot plist.
this way you have a guid partitioned windows drive, and no system reserved partition, which looks cleaner when starting your machine.
