First thanks to the site operator and forums for some great information. I've built several PCs for gaming but my college age daughter wanted something for 4K video editing and I decided to see if I could find a build that worked well for that function, but in a smaller form...
Hello, I'm looking to build a micro ATX high sierra hackintosh with a budget of ~$500. I don't need wifi or bluetooth or a graphics card as I will not be using this machine for gaming.
If someone could link me to an existing build with these parameters that would be great or if someone could...

Is it possible and are there motherboards that feature onboard RAID? My strategy (given SSD prices), is to buy 5-6 cheaper, and lower capacity SATA SSD's and set them up in either a RAID 0 or RAID 5. Basically, all I need is performance and would consider the storage as disposable. If it goes...

This is my first build and I am looking to build a powerful non-gaming intensive machine.
I have my eyes set on a Lian Li PC-V353 Case and I need to find a Micro ATX board. I want to see if its possible to run 10.6 system instead of the newer versions of OS X if at all possible. I am...
