Post Help: Dell t7500 2 x CPU Sierra

Hi all, first time post so apologies if I am breaking any rules I do not know about.

I decided to buy a cheap unit from ebay and after some tinkering I now have a functioning 2x quad core beast on Sierra

As long as I boot from the flash drive.

I am currently reading through guides on post installation processes but I wanted to get some advice.

This thing will basically be used as a render farm so will be under a lot of stress most of the time. Are there any steps I should absolutely 100% know about regarding making sure fans spin up etc. I plan to render remotely while on the road and would not like to cause a fire while im away

Any help much appreciated, and thanks to this site for all the usefull info that has got me this far. Much easier than I expected!
