The RX is only supported in Sierra, El Capitan has no support.

Do you have the R9 380 listed in your profile? That card should work pretty well in sierra.
I changed to R9 480 already:crazy:, lol, just curious after I fix the files with your guide, do I still need Nivida card to boot?

Yes, it's needed for integrated graphics mode. The only way to get an RX card to work in Sierra is with some form of igpu. I've used AMD 5450, R9 270x and Nvidia 8400gs as igpu cards for my RX 480 with bios settings for dedicated pcie mode. Do you have an old or inexpensive AMD or Nvidia card?

LOL , I didn't have any old graphic card, since I just started to build desktop. Will a gtx GeForce 9600 GT,GeForce FX 5500 work?
Because I saw someone sell it for $10. Thanks for your reply!

I'll check today, the 9400gt is in my MacBook. One of those probably will.

I got a GeForce 7900GT, installed the Sierra with only 5Mb, then installed the RX 470 to the Mather board, connect 7900gt with monitor and follow your guide, changed AMDRadeonX4100.kext, reboot, the resolution is not 1080p although the "display" shows "1080p", and it is still laggy...my Mather board is MSI B85-G43 gaming, set initiate graphic adapter to IGD, and integrated grains share memory to 28m and DVMT memory to 256m. Can you help me with it? it is very laggy.

Is the 7900gt in slot 0 and RX in slot 1? Normally, for booting connect your monitor cable to the 7900 to see clover screen. Make any settings in clover and then before you hit enter to start boot switch the cable to RX card.

Can I use HDMI? My monitor doesn't have DVI Port. Slot 0 should be the one closer to processor right? I didn't install rx 470 until I installed the Sierra and modified amdroaden4100.kext.

HDMI Is good and easy to change connections.

Correct, slot 0 then slot 1, slot 2 etc..
When I boot up, it just shows a screen with nothing, like the second picture, then I just enter the password, it will give me a screen like the third, can't find where is the dock......where did I do wrong....is it because the 7900gt is not fully supported? because the first time I installed it, it only shows 4mb of memory.

Try booting with the Nvidia card only, you can just pull the power connector from the RX and it won't get detected. Keep cable connected to the Nvidia card until you get to screen, then try changing it.
