[UPDATED] Possible Build for Video Editing/Gaming

Hey Guys, so I've been tinkering with different bits online and came up with this build, my goal is for something that will run Diablo 3/WoW (looking to use 'High', ideally 'Ultra' settings) and Final Cut Pro 9 (or X)
This would be my first build and as far as my naive mind can tell it looks like all the parts mesh with my goals, but I wouldn't mind a second set of eyes to assess it, any tips on better parts or whatever would be appreciated! [EDIT: Updated Parts List]

I'm confused by your choice of CPU. You picked socket 2011, but then you chose a relatively weak chip for it. Socket 2011 isn't as good as socket 1155 for overall compatibility, but some people still choose it if they want over-the-top power. However, you didn't pick out a CPU with that kind of power so all you're really doing here is limiting yourself.

Check these benchmarks and see where your processor lies in comparison to others such as the i7 3770K:

I would suggest first deciding which is more important - power or features (such as SpeedStep and sleep/wake). If it's power, then stick with socket 2011 and upgrade the processor to a Core i7 3930K. If it's features (and these are major features to most people including myself), then switch to a socket 1155 mobo/CPU combo such as a Core i7 3770K with a Z77 motherboard.

Also, the GPU you picked out might be ok for the games you chose, but you'll want something more (such as the Nvidia GTX 600 series) if you intend to do more serious gaming or want a bit more future-proofing.

Do you want audio to work without a lot of editing? This board has VIA audio, which is unsupported in OS X.
Get the GA-Z77-DS3H for realtek audio

get a better GPU,

670 prices are dropping down to low $300's

If you are doing serious editing, I'd plan on an external firewire or USB audio solution along with some nice monitors. Sound is important in video too.

I got a new Saffire Pro 14 for $99. Ha!
