I'm trying to install SL on my IBM desktop, specs are as follows,C2D E8400 3.0 Ghz4GB 1333mhz Ram160 Sata HDDLenovo Bios. When I try to install it hangs at "BSM Auditing Present"I've tried to follow all of the Bios guides out there, but I can't find one for this particular BIOS.About 18 Months ago i managed to get SL working on a friends compute and on a VMWare installation, but I've forgotten a lot of what I had learned haha.I have the option "SATA ACHI Enable" set to "Enabled"But there are also CPU settings that I have tried to play with and have.Has anyone had any experience using Lenovo or IBM BIOS?Thanks in advance.

Do you have any information regarding setting up the system as IBM generallly includes descrptions of the bios

if not suggest you look at the ibm support website for some downloads - also see if the bios is able to be updated - download a newer one.

THe value for S3 is generaly under power managment as this is a sleep function so look in areas for power management

I have added a group of links for information that I found very helpful and I suggest that you use the link for alternative sources of information

If you are unfamiliar w the internal workings of the Mackintosh world, I found the following

websites and videos very be helpful.
